Hayes Sectional - Oxnard
This was a large sectional redo of well-made pieces that the couple loved but wanted to update.
The wife found the pattern fabric but didn't want the whole sectional done in it due to the price. I suggested they do the frame in a less expensive fabric and recommended the solid gray. They decided to go forward and the pieces came out wonderful. The customers were very happy with the project.

Mrs. Lovato had lived with her very large sectional for many years and was ready for a change. I helped her pick out her fabric. She was very pleased with the finished work.

This beautiful living room previously had plaid curtains in bright colors, teal carpet and very little accessories. The owner wanted to take the focus off the drapes, change the carpet, add a rug in the seating area and add some raspberry accent pieces.
In order to work with the gray drapes, we added silver pieces and mercury glass. We added small touches of raspberry which was contained in many of the living room pictures and we added a canvas print with teal and raspberry. The rug is a premium rug with an art deco design.
We have also actually traded out the oversized round coffee table with an oval Ethan Allen consignment piece. It fits better with the sizes of the upholstered pieces and shows off the rug better.

I was called back in by this client to design new built-in cabinets a larger TV. Taking into consideration all of his stereo components, I laid out the design and commissioned it to be built. Note that the larger TV had not been purchased when this photo had been taken.
